The Building

The building presents an architectural masterpiece that flawlessly weaves together the threads of New York City's rich past and its dynamic future. This unique condominium houses four distinct residences across six floors, including a duplex residence with an elevated terrace, a duplex penthouse, and two full-floor condominium residences.

The façade is a poetic composition of sandstone-colored brick, bronze accents, and oversized windows, subtly echoing the neighborhood's historic charm while asserting its own modern elegance. This intimate building embodies the essence of discreet downtown living, offering a tranquil oasis amidst the city's ceaseless rhythm. Inspired by the city's architectural heritage and armed with their innovative design approach, HWKN has created not just a building, but a timeless homage to the singular DNA that distinguishes New York.

“As the architects for 378 Broome Street, HWKN Architecture designed a building that is not only eye-catching but imbued with a unique personality. Inspired by the beauty of New York City heritage buildings, we developed a contextual design fused with modern updates to create a bridge between the past and the future. Thanks to HWKN’s conceptual approach and design methodologies that we have utilized on other milestone buildings, 378 Broome Street is a timeless property derived from the DNA that makes New York NEW YORK. “
